Ingredients:
- avocado, seed removed
- 1/2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1 tablespoon Protein Powder
Toppings:
Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, a dollop of yogurt or any fruit of your choice
Method:
- Combine a avocado, yogurt, lime juice, maple syrup, ice, matcha powder, everyday green and healthy protein in a high speed blender
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Spoon into 2 serving bowls
- Top with some sliced raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, a dollop of yogurt or any fruit of your choice
- Serve and enjoy
