FROM ROOHI’S KITCHEN TO YOURS (MY 3-INGREDIENT BANANA & CINNAMON PANCAKES FOR YOUR WEEKEND BREAKFAST)

 

Instructions:

Whisk together, one egg, ½ cup, Express foods harvest crunch quick cooking white oats or almond meal or protein powder, and one mashed banana. Sprinkle ½ tsp. Cinnamon powder and whisk it all to a smooth batter.

Heat up a non-stick frying pan, grease with a tsp. of RRO olivio classico pure olive oil. Pour a ladle full of pancake mix to form a pancake shape. Turn over till both sides are golden brown. Use up the rest of the mixture to make a delicious stack for your family. Plate the pancakes topped with Greek yoghurt and berries. Yummmilicious! Enjoy my loves.
